Furniture and handloom goods are made-to-order and are prepared only on a pre-order basis. Please allow extra time for these items to be crafted before dispatch.
Delivery timelines for made-to-order items are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules. The Himkaara Team will keep customers informed of any changes to the expected timeline.
Himkaara does not process online payments through this website. All payment terms are confirmed directly and manually with the Himkaara Team once your order is finalised.
Advance payment may be required before production begins on pre-order items (furniture and handloom goods). The applicable terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Orders for ready/in-stock items may be cancelled before dispatch by informing the Himkaara Team.
Once production has begun on a pre-ordered item (furniture or handloom goods), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these items are custom-made to order.
Any refund eligibility for other items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the Himkaara Management.
Once an order has been dispatched, Himkaara is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners during transit. Any transit-related concerns should be raised with the Himkaara Team, who will assist in coordinating with the courier partner where possible.

We recommend confirming item availability with our team before visiting for pickup. Items must be collected within 7 days of being notified as ready for pickup; unclaimed items after this period may be released for resale.
